hpc2000 compatibility package - dll's etc. that are missing from the original ce.net rom but are needed to run some hpc2000 programs.
this isn't needed for my custom roms, they already have it in rom.
usage: copy all files into \windows. additionally, to install the htmlview package, read its readme.

my custom rom also lets you run more ppc apps out of the box.
