Please check your current firmware infiormation in NEC firmware information applet, in control panel on the device, and select the corresponding versions in the dropdown boxes below. If your exact firmware version (either bootloader or OS) is not listed, just select the last option (Not listed) and proceed. please try to do this as precisely as you can, and if you have more than one device, go through this separately for each of them!
